Getting old is not that bad. Of course I know that aging does not necessarily come with great wisdom. But it can definitely come with larger eye bags. If only we could turn back time and look as beautiful as we did then, I would have paid it with everything I earned from the moment I worked. However, there is no turning back. Life goes on and we have to deal with it. Good thing we have technology by our side so it is quite easy nowadays to get a quick fix. My kids tell me that I should grow old with grace and I associate that with physical beauty inevitably. I think they actually mind their mom having plastic surgery to look younger. From all the years of sacrifice for them they would be glad to see me in a different light. Besides eye lift lid surgery is not a major operation so there is not much to be scared about. My husband is also very supportive since he knows I have been dreaming about eye lift a few years back when I noticed how much older I have grown. I think he too is thinking about undergoing the knife soon. The cost of eye lift was not too much to begin with so my children split the expenses and gave it as an early Christmas gift. They told me that they would want to see me in a beautiful dress on Christmas. After three weeks, my eyes seemed to glow in daylight or in night time!
